Untold: The Girlfriend Who Didn't Exist--Movie Review

Untold: The Girlfriend Who Didn't Exist tells the story of Manti Te'o, a Notre Dame football player, who was catfished in 2012. The film was directed by Ryan Duffy and Tony Vainuku and utilizes a documentary interview style of filmmaking. The movie takes the story to a new depth, getting different sides of the story from both Manti and Roniah, the one behind the catfishing. It uses a variety of film techniques such as using b-roll and music to compliment the mood of the story. The movie was overall interesting as I had never heard about this story before.
